The Coalition for Effective Local Democracy seeks to strengthen local democratic governance through citizen empowerment.  The primary focus is on helping citizens in the global community, to help themselves.  This is accomplished by:

• investing in citizens through projects providing experiential learning;
• investing in community leaders through training, internships, and practical experiences; and
• investing in youth through enhanced educational opportunities, sport, and youth initiated projects.

The Coalition for Effective Local Democracy is a 501(C)(3) tax exempt organization and your contribution may be deductible on your income tax return.  We very much appreciate your help, or continued help, supporting the Coalition's efforts.
